Harmony Single-Family Rental Community

This project is a 10.55-acre, 141-unit single-family rental community located in Montgomery County, Texas. The site includes surface parking, tuck-under garages, a central clubhouse with a pool, and shared green amenity space. The project involved coordination with the County and Montgomery County MUD No. 119 for permits and approvals. The team worked diligently with an environmental subconsultant through site planning and drainage design due to wetlands on site.

Project Highlights:

• WGI designed a 200-linear foot public sanitary extension along Lexington Boulevard.

• Design and permitting completed within nine months.

• The Birnham Woods road widening project was under construction during design, which required close coordination with Harris County on driveway access.
