Hotel Van Zandt is located in the Rainey Street Historic District in downtown Austin, just steps away from Lady Bird Lake. The 16-story, 346,000 square-foot hotel was designed by WDG Architecture and has 326 guest rooms.
Developed by JMI Realty, the hotel includes amenities such as three levels of underground parking, restaurants, 6,800 square-foot pool deck and bar, approximately 12,000 square feet of meeting space and a 1,300 square-foot exercise facility.
WGI was responsible for all civil engineering and permitting services for the project, which opened to guests in 2015.
