WGI performed a condition survey of the building façade to review the condition of the brick masonry, decorative stone, steel lintels and slate roof. We provided the Owner an opinion of probable repair costs for review prior to the development design documents for multiple repairs to the building envelope.

The restoration included:

• Mortar repointing at 100% of brick and stone masonry joints
• Brick masonry replacement at isolated distress
• Lintel replacement at isolated locations
• Installation of new through-wall flashing
• Brick masonry crack repair
• Limestone replacement, patching and crack repair
• Clear water repellent at brick and stone masonry
• Slate Roof Repairs
