WGI performed a condition survey of the building facade to review the condition of the copings, sills, water tables, decorative panels, etc. We provided an opinion of probable repair costs for the recommended repairs.

Masonry repairs were performed on all components of the building envelope. Additional repairs included:

• Mortar repointing
• Brick masonry replacement at isolated distress
• Brick and stone crack repairs
• Stone patching
• Isolated steel lintel replacement
• Installation of through-wall flashing
• Masonry cleaning
• Replacement/installation of joint sealants
• Restoration and membrane waterproofing of the exterior main entrance stairs
