McBee Station Parking Evaluation and Restoration

WGI performed an engineering review of the parking structure and the expansion joint system separating the adjacent roadway’s parking deck. WGI outlined a number of issues impacting the structure’s durability, noting immediate repairs, preventative maintenance, and optional improvements. WGI developed design documents and provided construction administration services for the recommended repairs. A large scope of the renovations included expansion joint improvements and waterproofing repairs.
