Merrick Square Townhomes

Project Details

Merrick Square is a 211-unit townhome development along Pines Boulevard and SW 172nd Avenue in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The 27-acre site had two different Future Land Uses and Zoning Classifications, requiring a Land Use Plan Amendment and Text and Map Rezoning. WGI received approval for these applications from City and County commissioners and has since provided site planning and landscape services. The gated community offers four floorplans with two architectural styles, ranging from 4- to 7-unit buildings and numerous amenities, including a swimming pool and a tot lot.
