The Minnetonka Parking Structure was constructed in 1988. The two-level structure is one supported and one at grade and provides parking for 195 vehicles. The construction is precast pre-topped double-tees on precast beams and columns.Â
WGI provided a condition appraisal of the Parking Structure, which included reviewing previously developed repair schedules and verifying the repair plan. WGI provided additional recommendations, including quantities and cost estimates for the work. Following the report’s issuance and finalizing a repair budget, WGI prepared design documents and is currently providing construction administration services.Â
