Project Details

WGI was responsible for site development and land planning for a limited-access self-storage building. Services included designing the site plan and securing multiple entitlements from Palm Beach County, including rezoning, conditional use approval, and a variance. The project abuts two different residential neighborhoods. The WGI Planning team secured overwhelming support from the neighbors and unanimous approval from the Palm Beach County Zoning Commission and Board of County Commissioners.

WGI is continuing to provide services related to the final site plan and construction of the project.
