Nautical Intracoastal Residence

This 5,000 square-foot single-family home is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Jupiter, Florida. Situated just west of Jupiter Island, the home offers breathtaking views of the water. From the third story, the views are endless in all directions and glimpses of the ocean can be seen over Jupiter Island. WGI worked closely with the owner to design a beautiful outdoor environment which creates a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The backyard has two elevated lanais which look down on the euro edge pool, pool deck and flush dock. The use of modern materials and finishes combined with simple lines and the euro edge pool create a sleek and contemporary outdoor space. Services provided by WGI’s Land Design Services Division include hardscape design, landscape design and lighting design.
