North Carolina Central University Latham Parking Structure

This 737-space parking structure is the first ever parking structure for the North Carolina Central University campus where parking is scarce and students, faculty and staff were formerly forced to park in surrounding neighborhoods. Alleviating issues for the university and community, this mixed-use parking structure also accommodates a bookstore and campus police substation.

Project Highlights:

• Five-tier, three bays with retail, single helix with two-way traffic flow
• 252,000-square-foot structure includes 20,000-square-feet of office and retail space
• Façade consists of precast wall panels with thin set brick
