WGI completed multiple reviews of each parking structure that included a visual examination of floor and ceiling surfaces, structural members, façade, and stair towers to assess the current condition and locate deterioration areas. WGI has performed engineering services for design, bidding, and construction since 2005.

Deck 1 repairs included:

• Slab post-tensioning repairs
• Miscellaneous concrete repairs
• Sealant replacement
• Expansion joint replacement
• Recoating of the deck coating
• Asphalt repairs at grade level

Deck 2 repairs included:
• Miscellaneous concrete repairs
• Expansion joint replacement
• Sealant replacement
• Installation of a sealer

Project Highlights:

• Installation of 116,300 square-feet of deck coating recoat system
• Asphalt sealer at slab-on-grade
• Slab post-tensioning repair
