One Gas Service Center

Project Details

GI was chosen as the civil engineer for the One Gas Service Center development in Austin, Texas. This 45,000 square-foot office building and 35,000 square-foot service warehouse (with ability to expand for an additional 25,000 square-feet) is the main campus for One Gas in the Austin area. WGI’s design responsibilities included site plan layout, site utilities, site drainage, water quality and detention ponds, a ground water interceptor system and an upstream bypass culvert that routed +40-acres of drainage area through the site.
