One Lytle Place Apartments building, originally constructed in 1978-1979, is a 25-story residential tower. The structure consists of exposed cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The exterior walls consist of precast concrete wall panels and aluminum framed windows and doors. Concrete balconies, which vary in size and shape, are located on all building elevations.Â
WGI performed an exterior wall and balcony condition survey to identify deficiencies and deterioration/damage. WGI provided recommendations for repair and maintenance and presented the associated opinion of probable repair costs.
