The Parmer Austin campus is a 297-acre $1B master-planned technology and office park that includes multiple retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues, in addition to public open spaces.
WGI's MEP Engineering team provided engineering design services for multiple buildings and phases of the development. Services included HVAC, plumbing, lighting and power design, and construction administration services.
The development is home to leading companies like Apple, 3M, BAE, Home Depot, GM, Blue Apron, and more. WGI has provided services for the following projects within the Parmer development:
- Parmer 3.2 - 195,000 SF multi-tenant office building
- Parmer 3.3 - 210,000 SF office building, now home to the 3M Company
- Parmer Sector 7 - Three corporate industrial buildings totaling approximately 355,000 SF
