Peninsula on the Intracoastal

The Peninsula, located in Boynton Beach, is situated off Federal Highway on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway. The medium density townhouse project takes advantage of its beautiful marine view setting. WGI provided landscape and hardscape design services to meet the client’s high aesthetic expectations, while simultaneously working with challenging site constraints. The formal entry is framed with Sylvester Date Palms and colorful accents. The tropical landscape theme is carried throughout the project into small courtyard settings between the townhouse buildings. Finally, the poolside environment creates a tranquil yet colorful spot to drink in the sun. The intent was to provide a lush, peaceful and intimate environment that all residents can enjoy.
