Progressive Campus 1

Progressive Campus 1 contains three buildings. The North Building is a three-story building that was originally constructed in 1973. The exterior walls are composed of clay brick masonry with precast concrete accents. The East and West Buildings, constructed between 1992 and 1994, are four-story buildings with exterior walls composed of concrete brick masonry with precast concrete accents and punched aluminum framed windows, and aluminum-framed curtain walls composed of glass and metal wall panels. 

WGI performed an exterior wall condition survey and the enclosed walkways and elevated plaza connecting the buildings to review the condition of the exterior concrete brick masonry, precast concrete, windows, and curtain walls. WGI made recommendations for repair and maintenance and presented the associated opinion of probable repair costs.
