Progressive Campus 2

Progressive Campus 2 contains four buildings constructed between 2000 and 2003. Each building is five stories in height: Fairways, Greens, Trees, and Woods Buildings. The exterior walls are composed of concrete brick masonry with precast concrete accents and punched aluminum framed windows and aluminum framed curtain walls consisting of glass and metal wall panels. 

WGI performed an exterior wall condition survey and the enclosed walkways and elevated plaza connecting the buildings to review the condition of the exterior concrete brick masonry, precast concrete, windows, and curtain walls. WGI made recommendations for repair and maintenance and presented the associated opinion of probable repair costs.
