Progressive Riverview

The Progressive Riverview Campus contains four buildings. WGI reviewed three of the four buildings, which are two and three-story structures originally constructed in 1998. The exterior walls are composed of concrete masonry veneer with precast concrete accents, punched aluminum windows, and aluminum framed curtain walls consisting of glass with horizontal aluminum trim. 

WGI performed an exterior wall condition survey and the enclosed walkways and elevated plaza connecting the buildings to review the condition of the exterior concrete brick masonry, precast concrete, windows, and curtain walls. WGI made recommendations for repair and maintenance and presented the associated opinion of probable repair costs.
