Vancouver, BC-based Sandman Hotel Group currently owns and operates 45 properties across Canada and the United Kingdom. The Sandman Signature Hotel Plano is the company’s first property in the United States.
The project is located at 8451 Parkwood Boulevard. in Plano, at Dallas North Tollway and SH-121.
The 236-room hotel project also includes a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, banquet facilities, and two on-site restaurants. MSP Engineering (now a part of WGI) provided the project’s structural design and engineering services.
Sandman Signature Hotel Plano opened in the summer of 2018.
