Project Details

Sandpiper Pointe is a gated 201-unit luxury townhome development in the City of Deerfield. The 22.78-acre property was a portion of the former Century Village Golf Course. The abandoned golf course’s residual portion (57.5 acres) was dedicated to the community as a park. Amenities for residents to enjoy, such as a pool and cabana area, a tot lot, and an abundance of landscaped open space, were included in the design. Approvals required for the development included a land use plan amendment, rezoning, and site plan review. WGI was able to achieve approval of these applications from both the City and Broward County.
