Project Details

WGI provided a condition assessment, construction documentation, and construction administrative services for the 8th floor of the structure that included observations of structural components.

Scope of Services

  • Removal and replacement of the deck coating system
  • Installation of a latex-modified concrete overlay at the main drive lane of the 8th floor at Sectors D & E
  • Removal and replacement of expansion joints
  • Routing and sealing cracks in the slab
  • Epoxy injecting cracks in the slab
  • Removal and replacement of construction joints and cove sealants
  • Installation of supplemental floor drains
