Sound Transit Parking Pricing Study

WGI helped conduct a parking pricing study for Sound Transit, which plans, builds, and operates express-bus, light-rail, and commuter-train services.

WGI presented information on multiple parking-technology alternatives implemented by Sound Transit to charge for parking in South Sounder park-and-ride facilities in the future. The various technology alternatives and associated operating strategies were evaluated, and appropriate options recommended for further consideration. The final recommendations included estimated system purchase, installation, and operating costs.
