Sinai Residences Continuing Care Retirement Community

The Sinai Residences Continuing Care Retirement Community is located on a 29-acre portion of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus in Boca Raton, Florida. The site includes 45,000 square feet of administration buildings and over 670,000 square feet of independent living, assisted living and support facilities. WGI is responsible for surveying, mapping and planning assistance, as well as design, permitting and construction observation of the pavement, site grading, surface water management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection system. Governing agencies include South Florida Water Management District, Lake Worth Drainage District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Palm Beach County Engineering, Palm Beach County Health Department and Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department.
