Project Details

WGI was awarded a continuing services contract in June 2024 to support County planning staff with current planning work. This work included assisting County staff in answering planning and zoning questions submitted electronically, reviewing site plans and preparing comment letters as requested, conducting on-site zoning inspections, attending pre-application meetings, assisting with vested rights determinations, coordinating plat reviews, and conducting research to assist staff in updating Future Land Use and zoning designations as needed.
