Suncoast Parkway 2 Section 3

WGI prepared the right-of-control surveys, right-of-way maps, legal descriptions and appraisal sketches for the Suncoast Parkway 2, Section 3. This new limited access roadway was the first new major interstate project in several decades. With over 300 parcels to be acquired within the 9.4-mile corridor. WGI surveyed 15 sections of land in Citrus County to facilitate the right-of-way acquisition for this proposed four-lane roadway. Section 3 crosses two existing County roads and ties into US 19 just north of the Crystal River.
