Temple Sholom

WGI performed an evaluation of the roof system of the entry lobby and sanctuary at the Temple Sholom. WGI also reviewed windows associated with the sanctuary as well as skylights over the lobby and Porte-cochere. Any masonry associated with the roofing was also included. WGI provided repair documents and assisted with the bidding and negotiation process with Ownership. WGI also performed construction administration and observation of the project to its completion.  

Project Highlights:

• Replaced existing skylights with new energy-efficient skylights
• Installed a new roofing system to meet the current energy standards
• Replaced all window gaskets and perimeter sealants at windows
• Repointed adjacent masonry wall for the upper roof
