WGI provided site plan, planning, architecture, landscape and survey services for Terra Nova, a mixed-use planned development. Terra Nova is generally located on the northwest corner intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Hagen Ranch Road. The 17-acre property is comprised of 212 multi-family dwelling units and 32,000 square feet of commercial space. The residential section of Terra Nova offers multiple amenities including a clubhouse, recreation area, and pool. WGI successfully received approval for a Future Land Use Amendment and Rezoning as well as use of the County’s Workforce Housing Program for this development. Several site plan amendments were processed for commercial development.
