The Gallery at Harborplace

WGI was retained by Brookfield Properties to evaluate and determine the condition of the building façade by performing water testing before the mockup repairs and then retesting the areas after the proposed repairs were completed. The scope of the evaluation was performed in locations with prior documented water infiltration issues. WGI performed a close-up, hands-on observation of these conditions. These observations were conducted from swing stages and the balconies on the façade. 

Project Highlights 

• WGI assessed the exterior façade of the office tower and designed repair solutions to solve the water infiltration issues. The façade assessment and design included:
• Performed a thorough façade observation through water testing to ascertain the cause of water infiltration
