University House Austin is a 19-story student housing complex near the University of Texas at Austin, which consists of 188 units and over 230,000 square feet of occupied space. The high-rise apartment building has 5 floors of underground and above-ground parking. Amenities include a pool, a social lounge, a fitness center, two-level study lounge, and a two-level club room on the 18th and 19th floor.
As the MEP engineer for the project, WGI was responsible for the design of all HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. The project was completed in 2016 and is LEED Silver Certified.
