Vail Resorts, Inc. Parking Consulting Services

Vail Resorts, Inc., a premier mountain resort company, owns and operates resorts in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Wyoming, and Michigan. 

Through various teaming arrangements and mutual relationships, WGI has provided professional design and consulting services to Vail Resorts on multiple projects, including the planned new EverVail Village base area, the Vail Arrowhead resort expansion, the Village at Breckenridge development, and more. Our services included parking planning, parking access and revenue control systems (PARCS), site selection, parking operations, management consulting, shared parking analysis, parking layout and circulation, wayfinding, drainage and durability design, and waterproofing systems design. 

Additionally, WGI has provided parking design and consulting services to the municipal governments and other private developers adjacent to the resort areas operated by Vail Resorts. Our clients have included the Town of Vail, Park City, the Town of Dillon, Lionshead Inn, Antlers Lodge, Solaris, and others.
