Project Details

Veranda Senior Apartments is an adult community located on 4.67 acres in Homestead, Florida. A total of 99 units were constructed consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a recreation building, pool, and shuffleboard court for the residents. WGI was responsible for the site and landscape plan approval through Miami-Dade County.  

Veranda Senior Apartments are within close proximity to healthcare centers, places of worship, shopping, and dining.
