Villa Seton Affordable Housing for Seniors

WGI’s role in this project was comprehensive from the initial planning through construction documentation and follow-up site visits. The site was located in a large wetland area. Our environmental experts worked with the five agencies in Florida to determine the wetland jurisdictional boundaries before determining the footprint of the building and the subsequent hardscape of the project including roadways, access, and parking design. 

WGI completed the site plan, represented the project through the zoning approval process, and then completed the hardscape and landscape design portions of the project. Our design team worked with the Architect of the project to incorporate design details into the functionality. The final design was met with accolades from the community. The Diocese of Palm Beach had worked hard to deliver an outstanding project that provided housing for low-income elderly residents.
