Village Royale

WGI teamed with Tuttle Land Development to provide planning, landscape architecture, traffic, and environmental services for the Village Royale project located in the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The collection of properties are comprised of over 200 acres in the heart of the County’s western community. WGI was an integral part of the development team, providing planning services which included master planning; site planning and design; preparation of multiple development applications and planning documents; working with Village staff; representing the project at meetings with government officials and public hearings; and facilitating neighborhood meetings. The master planning efforts featured multiple planning scenarios, which include a range of residential use types, active and passive recreation facilities, commercial, institutional, and healthcare uses. The master planning efforts were further refined, with WGI processing, representing and ultimately gaining approvals for two residential developments, within the master planned area.

In addition to planning services, WGI provided landscape design for the residential component of the project, along with environmental and traffic engineering to support the development proposal.
