This new 42,000-square-foot transportation facility is designed to provide comprehensive support for bus maintenance and operations. This expansive facility includes 18 fully equipped bus maintenance bays, each outfitted with overhead fluid delivery systems that streamline the provision of essential resources like motor oil, water, antifreeze, transmission fluid, compressed air, grease, and gear oil. This functionality ensures efficient and uninterrupted maintenance workflows, enhancing overall productivity and reducing downtime.
In addition to its maintenance capabilities, the facility is designed to support various operational and administrative functions. It houses a large parts warehouse and a parts repair shop to manage and streamline inventory and repair needs effectively. Also included is dedicated area with locker rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and a spacious training room.
The administrative offices are strategically integrated into the facility, providing a centralized hub for management and staff to collaborate effectively. Outside, the facility features a separate fueling island to support efficient refueling operations, as well as a specialized bus wash facility to maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards.
