The proposed CLF is a senior living facility comprised of independent living, assisted living and memory care units.
Proposed within the facility are dining facilities, a Tuscan kitchen and bistro, a lounge area, a media center, an activity room, and a chapel. Residents will enjoy spacious private suites, personalized care that emphasizes individual preferences and abilities, signature dining, concierge services, engaging programming, and beautiful surroundings on the Tuscan themed campus.

The Tuscan Garden facilities are built upon a simple, yet profoundly important ideal as Founder and CEO of Tuscan Gardens, Laurence (Larry) Pino, was searching to find a place for his mother. “We set out to create a community that is worthy of our own parents.”
The Tuscan Gardens at Delray Beach CLF facility is anticipated to open in the spring of 2020.
WGI provided land use, zoning, public outreach, and master plan/site plan design services for the project. WGI worked with the landowner/developer, Tuscan Gardens, as well as the lead contractor, Core Construction Services of Florida, LLC, to obtain the entitlements for the CLF use, along with providing assistance with permitting efforts.
