WGI Welcomes Scott Graf, PG, as Environmental Lead for Remediation

(Orlando, FL – October 6, 2026) Rick Harman, CEP, PWS, Director of Environmental Services, officially announces that Scott Graf, PG, has joined WGI as Environmental Lead, Remediation, within the Environmental Consulting practice. Scott will be based in WGI’s Orlando, Florida office, supporting the firm’s environmental work across Florida and the Southeast.

Scott strengthens WGI’s already formidable position in environmental consulting. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the field, including more than 25 years managing environmental departments and branch offices for private, publicly traded, and employee-owned consulting engineering firms. His background includes geological and hydrogeological evaluations, due diligence, contamination assessment and remediation, petroleum storage tank compliance and replacement, landfill groundwater monitoring, indoor air quality evaluations, and lead-based paint and asbestos surveys.

Throughout his career, Scott has built and led environmental practices across Central Florida and Tampa Bay. He has overseen environmental operations and has served as Pursuit Manager on winning municipal contracts throughout Florida. He has served as Project Manager or Senior Project Reviewer on more than 1,000 environmental evaluations, managed EPA-funded Brownfield Assessment grants for Florida cities, counties, and planning councils, and oversaw a $2.5 million petroleum remediation project in downtown Tampa.

Harman showed his enthusiasm regarding Scott’s addition to the firm:

“We’re proud to welcome Scott to WGI as the leader of our Environmental Contamination Services team. With more than 35 years of experience, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge that will further strengthen our team and help us deliver outstanding solutions to clients across Florida.”

Rick Harman, CEP, PWS

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Environmental Sciences from Thiel College in Pennsylvania. He has been a licensed Professional Geologist in Florida since 1996 and is a State of Florida Licensed Mold Assessor. He served two terms as President of the Tampa Bay Association of Environmental Professionals.

Scott spoke of his enthusiasm regarding his new role and arrival at WGI, stating:

“I’m thrilled to join WGI and grateful for the opportunity to become part of such a talented team. This role is an exciting next step for me, and I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and clients, building on the organization’s strong capabilities, and helping deliver practical, innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.”

Scott Graf, PG

As Environmental Lead for Remediation, Scott will focus on growing WGI’s contamination assessment and remediation practice throughout Florida, supporting public and private clients on due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, and petroleum cleanup projects, and mentoring the next generation of environmental professionals.
