Recently, WGI’s associates joined thousands of professionals from across South Florida for the 2026 Lexus Corporate Run Series, an event that continues to bring together organizations in the spirit of wellness and community engagement. With strong participation and standout performances, Team WGI once again demonstrated its commitment to living out the values that define our culture.

Each year, our associates step away from their day-to-day routines to connect, recharge, and prioritize wellness alongside colleagues from across South Florida.
From first-time walkers to seasoned runners, the event encourages participation at every level, reinforcing the idea that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. The high-energy atmosphere and shared sense of accomplishment all contribute to an experience that extends far beyond race day, strengthening the connections that make WGI who we are.
WGI Shows Up Strong
This year, WGI proudly ranked among the top 10 largest participating teams at the West Palm Beach event, with 37 associates lacing up their running shoes and representing the company with enthusiasm and pride.
Leading the way for Team WGI was Mike Madison, VP and Transportation Division Leader, who delivered an exceptional performance. Madison secured first place within the WGI team and an impressive 13th place overall, finishing the race with a pace of 6:52 and a total time of 21:18. His performance set the tone for a strong showing across the board!
WGI’s President, Gregory Sauter, also took to the course, exemplifying leadership both on and off the track. Finishing 19th among WGI participants and 140th overall, Sauter completed the race with a pace of 9:32 and a time of 29:33, reinforcing the firm’s culture of participation and support at every level.

While the race itself is a highlight, the Corporate Run experience extends far beyond the finish line. The event creates an environment where we can connect in new ways, cheering each other on and building relationships that carry back into the workplace.
