Every year at WGI, we hit the pause button on the hustle to celebrate what truly drives our success – our people. YES Week (short for Years of Exceptional Service) is our nationwide tradition of gratitude, laughter, and togetherness, honoring the incredible associates who make WGI shine day in and day out.
This year’s theme? Camp WGI! While we didn’t pitch tents or roast marshmallows (sadly), our offices transformed into vibrant campgrounds, complete with creative décor, camp-inspired activities, and just the right amount of competitive spirit. From capture the flag to trivia showdowns and office scavenger hunts, we brought all the nostalgic fun of summer camp straight to the workplace – bug spray not required.
But it wasn’t all games (okay… maybe mostly games). YES Week also brought us closer together with shared experiences that sparked meaningful conversation and collaboration. Whether it was a chill game of bingo, a community coloring wall that grew more colorful by the day, or thoughtful reflections during our midweek Town Hall, the spirit of connection was everywhere.
And of course, the heart of YES Week is recognition. This year, we proudly celebrated 88 outstanding associates hitting major career milestones — from 5, 10, 15, and even 20+ years of service!
Their passion, commitment, and impact continue to shape the culture and success of WGI, and we were honored to celebrate them with custom awards and well-deserved recognition.
Across all our offices, the energy and engagement during YES Week were a reminder of what makes WGI such a unique place to work. It’s not just about the events, it’s about the people. The ones who show up, problem-solve, and support one another every day.
To all our incredible team members who make this tradition so special: thank you. And if you’re reading this thinking, “Hey, I want in on that,” check out our Careers Page. We’re always on the lookout for passionate, creative, team-first professionals ready to make a difference.
Here’s to another year of exceptional service — and to the amazing people who make it all possible. See you at camp next year!
