The Datura Hotel and Residences, located on the west side of the Brightline passenger rail station in the City of West Palm Beach, Florida, is a mixed-use project being developed by Linéaire Group, along with partners Capstone Equities and Max Ducharme.
The 20-story tower, designed by Corwil Architects, totals 232,370 square feet, with a 132-room boutique hotel, 180 multifamily units, 2,457 square feet of retail space, and a six-level, 275-space parking garage.
WGI provided a full scope of services for this project including Landscape Architecture, Environmental Services, Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, and construction phase services.
