Harbour's Edge Campus Expansion

Harbors Edge is a luxury senior living facility in Delray Beach, Florida, offering residents a rehabilitation center, skilled nursing, and independent living spaces. Lifespace Communities came to WGI when the facility sought to expand its campus by adding a new assisted living building to serve the residents better and provide enhanced amenities. The assisted living component of the project involves adding 44 beds to a more supportive and accommodating environment for residents.

WGI is providing various services for this $20M project, including planning, landscape architecture, environmental services, civil engineering, and electrical engineering for the re-paving and re-striping existing and additional parking spaces. In addition, WGI is now assessing tree mitigation, landscape, and environmental-related challenges. With WGI’s partnership with Lifespace Communities, Harbors Edge will be revamped to provide higher-quality amenities for their elderly community.
