WGI conducted a review of 15 lots located in the Lansing Community College Downtown Campus and West Campus. Each lot was reviewed to determine the recommended repairs and to determine when major repairs would be required.
The Asphalt PASER Manual rating system was used to evaluate each lot. The review also included a condition assessment of the lighting and storm systems to determine the general condition.
