Modern Waterfront Residence

Randall Stofft Architects was the original designer for this ultra-modern home located along Fort Lauderdale’s active Intracoastal Waterway. WGI had the opportunity to collaborate with the architect and interior designer to carry the contemporary theme to the outdoors and was involved in conceptual development through construction documents. WGI was responsible for creating a lush tropical landscape, modern hardscape materials for the pool and spa area, and a grand private entrance with interior fountains. The geometric driveway incorporated grass accent strips, entry walls softened with horizontal wooden panels provide added privacy for interior courtyards, and majestic Canary Island date palms frame the pedestrian access. All elements were designed to expand and enhance the elegant, contemporary style.
