Once an abandoned property, the Cypress Creek Golf Course is now on its way to becoming a thriving residential community.
This ambitious redevelopment required WGI to secure Palm Beach County’s approval to rezone the site as a Planned Unit Development (PUD), allowing for 152 single-family homes. Achieving this milestone demanded extensive public engagement and navigation of multiple public hearings—an effort that required precision, collaboration, and expertise.
