WGI was responsible for obtaining a land-use change, rezoning, final site plan approval, and permitting for a new 34,000 square-foot retail-commercial plaza known as Shop Delray. Shop Delray is on a five-acre tract of land west of Delray Beach on the southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road.
Some of the tenants who have opened in the plaza include, MattressXperts, Ripe, a restaurant that offers a 100-percent gluten-free menu, a barbershop, and Nekter, a juice bar, and its anchor store, Joseph’s Classic Market.
