Construction is underway at the new Texas Gas Service service center in Austin, Texas. WGI provided civil engineering and site development permitting for the new 77,500-SF facility, which is situated on a 22-acre site. When complete, the two-story building will include warehouse and fabrication space, as well as office space and training rooms for employees.
This project also included 750 LF of public wastewater improvements and 750 LF of public storm infrastructure sized to Altas 14.
Texas Gas Service is a division of ONE Gas – one of the largest natural gas utilities in the United States. ONE Gas provides natural gas distribution services to more than 2 million customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. Ross Group is overseeing construction for the project.
