2019 Austin Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards
The 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards recognize the most dynamic projects and transactions in the Austin metro. Over 30 of the best projects in Austin were nominated for 10 categories. Two WGI projects took home the honors this year.
Retail Development Winner: Belterra Village
Belterra Village is a 90-acre mixed-use retail development in Dripping Springs, Texas. BIG RED DOG, a division of WGI, provided Civil Engineering and site development permitting services for the project.
Multifamily Development Winner: Tyndall at Robertson Hill
Tyndall at Robertson Hill is a six-story, 182 unit condo development that includes 273 structured parking spaces. BIG RED DOG, a division of WGI, provided Civil Engineering, site development permitting, and MEP Engineering services for the project.
