Cohen-Esrey Development Group recently broke ground on a $36 million apartment project in Northeast San Antonio. The property will have 200 units ranging between 670 to 1,200 square feet with one to three bedrooms.
Cohen-Esrey Construction Technologies,serves as the general contractor for the project designed by local firm Muñoz and Co. WGI, formerly Big Red Dog, is the engineer. Construction is estimated for completion by January 2022.
