Construction is now underway for the new McMillan James Equipment Co. headquarters in Grapevine, Texas. McMillan James Equipment Co. is a Grapevine-based HVAC manufacturers’ representative who has been in business since 1987 and has multiple operations across Texas.
The company will will be moving their 100 employees into the new office and warehouse space when construction is completed. WGI is providing Civil and Structural Engineering services for the new 32,000-sf business complex that will include a covered roof terrace, covered parking, and a 10,000-square-foot warehouse.
Talley Riggins Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, and Merriman Anderson/Architects is the project’s architect. Construction is scheduled to be completed later this year.
