Developed by Sackman Enterprises and designed by Sixthriver Architects, this project will feature a 9-story office tower with ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces. In addition, there will be retail/restaurant space in bungalows along the Rainey Street frontage, matching the character of the historic neighborhood.
WGI is providing civil engineering and site development permitting services for the project, which is currently in the permitting phase. It is anticipated to deliver in 2020.
