This project involved engineering design and permitting for a 14.5-acre development including 113 condominium units and 9,950 square feet of commercial development. Services provided included boundary and topographic surveys, platting, condominium documents, construction layout, design of sewage collection systems, stormwater drainage systems, potable water and fire protection distribution systems, and paving and grading design. Services also included permitting and coordination between the developer and governmental agencies, including Palm Beach County, South Florida Water Management District, Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District and the Palm Beach County Health Department.
